I guess if you have to go, and you're a crocodile hunter, getting stabbed in the heart by a stingray is just about the best way it can happen.

This is the first time looking at your blog. It's great. Just wanted you to know that Steve Irwin was our family hero. My oldest son ( now 15 1/2, turned on the television one day about seven years ago and for the first of many, many times we watch that wonderful guy his share his love, passion, enthusiasm, etc. for nature and the creatures that live in it. Whenever I heard his voice, watched one of shows, it put a smile on my face. Wow, I would think, this guy really loves life. I wish that more people could live there lives in this way. He was a true inspiration and will be greatly missed. LVS from California
